Thank you. I am so ready to have this conversation with you. I've been living with your book for a couple weeks now and you have a lot to teach us. So before we get into some of my other

questions, you approach yoga in a deeper way than we usually

think about it because we normally think of it just as a physical practice. So can you tell us

where this fascinating journey started for you? Yeah, as far as what you just talked about finding

the deeper parts than the physical practice, that took being deeply into

my physical practice for a long time, right? And I still wasn't finding that contentment,

that peace, that relaxation they said should come. And I wasn't enlightened, even though I could get both of my feet behind my head.

And so I really had to dive deeper and I realized that most of my struggles were deeper than the

physical. They were in my psyche. They were in my unconscious. And so I think realizing,
