0:04.0	And the topic of today's newsletter is going to be the power of walking away and meaning it.
0:09.0	So I've got an email success story from a German viewer who actually use this in his family to set and enforce healthy boundaries.
0:19.6	And tomorrow I'm going to be sharing a video that's actually from his wife and she's going
0:25.3	to go into what she loves about her 3% man husband.
0:31.2	He's 10 years older than his wife and she reminds her so much of her father, who was just totally her rock in the family and in her life.
0:43.5	And so she talks about all the things that she loves them.
0:45.4	So they had a situation in their family.
0:48.2	This is going back about four years now at this point where I guess they were at a wedding.
0:52.8	And so family members were being abusive and
0:55.8	creating some unnecessary drama and they just simply were not going to put up with it.
1:00.4	And so he set and enforced healthy boundaries and he meant what he said.
1:04.0	And four years later, they recognized that the silence was deafening and they recently got
1:10.6	in touch.
1:12.2	So it's a great success story of how employing this to set and force healthy boundaries.
1:17.6	And your own family is sometimes the best medicine for people who just simply will not stop their abusive behavior.
1:27.5	So I got a quote that I wrote, and then we'll go through his email.
1:30.5	And the quote says,
1:32.0	The strongest negotiating position is being able to walk away and mean it.
1:35.9	If people don't treat you like the way you want and deserve to be treated,
1:41.0	you should give them the gift of missing you permanently if they do not change their
1:45.6	behavior and treat you properly. Otherwise, whatever you tolerate, you invite more of. No one will
