0:17.2	intentions to manifest goals and to work with friends in harmony because there's something magical about the number three and there's something really powerful that happens when two or more are gathered with one in ten and goal in mind. And this is something Deb and I have talked about on the show for years because you and me and Joel have been doing this for years with great success.

0:44.0	And it goes back into antiquity.
0:47.0	I just love the connection with three in mythology and
0:52.0	legends and fairy tales and religion it just goes on and on and on let's talk about a little bit of that.
0:59.0	Okay sure so one thing I think is important to remember before we dive into why three because really you can do it with with a whole bunch of numbers of different people but there's something special about the power of three.
1:14.0	And this is when you want to get together with you and two friends
1:18.0	to really start to intend something for each of your lives.
1:22.0	And so we're going to get into the specifics
1:24.6	of how you can set up your own power of three group.
1:27.8	But first, let's talk about the number three.
1:31.6	The brain finds it easy to remember and process information in threes like colors, images, numbers, and elements.
1:40.0	If you add one more and move it up to four, the brain gets a little scattered.
1:46.4	Think about how you learned as a child.
1:48.6	We studied our ABCs and one, two, threes.
1:51.6	We learned about the three little pigs goldy locks and the three bears the three blind mice the three
1:57.2	musketeers and fairy tales the main character is granted three wishes so we see this coming up again and again and again.
