exclusively for our radio listeners. And now here's Andrew. And we have to fast an hour a day, I mean pray an hour a day, fast a day a week or we've got all of these different things

that unless you do this, God won't bless you and God won't use you. It's the exact same thing. So I want you to

remember that as we read these verses and it's talking about circumcision but today that's not

the issue. But it's the same principle. It's still a law mentality that you've got to do things

to earn the favor, the blessing, the anointing, the joy, the peace, the healing, the deliverance, the prosperity or whatever of God.

And it is not true.

It's all about what Jesus did for you and not what you do for him.

And so he said in verse 12, he says, I would, they were even cut off, which trouble you.

I've read a lot of commentaries on this, you know what nobody's bold enough to just really say

definitively what this means but in Exodus chapter 31,

verse 14, it talks about that if you do not keep the Sabbath,

you will be cut off.

You must be put to death.

And from that one verse

Exodus 3114 you can see that the cut off means to kill to put to death

Second Chronicles 2321 talks about that a death, I mean an angel went out and cut off

186,000 men in one night. The word cut off in scripture means to kill. So if you take that

interpretation and use scripture to interpret scripture, this means, Paul is either

saying that I would you were just killed these people or saying this

that I would that they were dead or the other thing is since we're talking
