0:38.7 | employee so there's a bit of a disconnect and so I'm really really excited about these next three months because we're going to talk about some of the things that really that create an actual team and we're going to try to bridge the gap between the leaders who feel like their team leaders and people who feel like hey I'm just an employee I work here |

1:20.0 | You just get more done. And we've all heard the illustration of geese flying in formation and there are many many studies that show when there's an actual sense of synergy in any environment more things happen So a leader who is committed to progress, |

1:38.2 | they need to figure out how to create synergy in their organization. |
