So before I begin this episode, I just want to have a quick moment of silence for Rebecca Russo

0:19.0

and the Russo family and in memory of her brother, Brandon Russo. So Brandon Russo died last weekend.

0:26.6

Basically 24 hours after Rebecca got back from having COVID in the bubble and everything that

0:36.5

went on with that NWHL season, she got home and her brother died on Friday night. I woke up

0:43.4

Saturday. I talked to Brandon on Friday and Russo and Babs. We've gotten into this habit of like

0:49.5

face timing because those girls were going through a hard time in the bubble obviously. But Brandon

0:55.1

Russo was loved. He was a great hockey player. He was an incredible coach. He was beloved by his

1:02.8

teammates and his friends. And he died in his 20s. So he died on Friday night. I will never forget

1:18.4

1:38.4

and to Rebecca and their entire family. And I think that for anyone who is in need of support or

1:47.3

it's feeling lost or feeling overwhelmed or things are too hard out there, just to reach out to

1:53.3

somebody who you know or you trust or you love to give you comfort. I think you can find comfort

1:59.0

in strangers and you can find comfort in friends. And you can find comfort in your teammates and

2:06.0

your colleagues. So this one goes to the Russo's. They are dedicated to providing the highest quality

2:13.7

health and wellness products. They drive the products that complement your healthy lifestyle.

2:19.1

You know we've talked about sweet sweat. Sweet sweat helps you sweat. They've got waste tremors.

2:24.4

They've got a whole bunch of products. I'm personally really interested in their collagen beauty
