It's happening we are owners of a condo down in the Boca, Fort Lauderdale area.

And Bob it's for the purpose, you went and bought yourself a vacation home that you have.

We bought a place that we can lock up guard-gated community that it's in, that we can go to Italy

for three months and I can still be recording with you just from Italy or I could you know so it's giving us the opportunity to have almost a vacation home that's anywhere in the country

Flexible so you can walk up and leave it and not have to worry about. Absolutely.

So that's the plan on our end and I will be bringing the lessons learned

from it to each and every one of you
