playbook. It's a pleasure being here, David. Well, you and I are proof of frequency because frequency

is your awareness, and I've been studying frequency since I've studied Einstein, and he suggested

that frequency would heal everything.

We just didn't understand it or know it and it's directly related to awareness as well.

How did you get exposed to the importance of frequency in your own young existence?

It took me many years to gain that wisdom.

You seem to have found it and it resonated with you at a very young age.

Yeah, yeah.

It's actually a pretty funny story.

So first week of summer I got grounded and my mom gave me this book by Tony Robbins.

And, you know, I didn't have any phone. I couldn't go anywhere. So I'm just sitting here reading this book. And at the time I didn book by Tony Robbins. And, you know, I didn't have any phone.

So I'm just sitting here reading this book. And at the time, I didn't know who Tony Robbins was. So I'm reading it. And, like, the things he was saying was just resonating so deeply with me. And I look on the back and I find the author, Tony Robin, go on YouTube, search his name up. And I just see this guy that's, you know,

Kobe's life coach, Oprah's life coach.

This guy, and I'm like, if this guy is their life coach, I need to learn more. So I start binging Tony Robbins' content at 17. And one thing that kept coming up is meditation, right? So I'm like, meditation must like, you just sit there and breathe.

Like, what is this?

So I found some guided meditations.

And since I couldn't go anywhere, I just started meditating for hours at home.
