Summary

Do you struggle to say no? Saying no isn't something that we are accustomed to do naturally, but everytime you say yes to something, you are saying no to something else.Ā

Ā

Everytime I say yes to something or someone, I'm saying no to my family or to my "me time." Even though it may feel uncomfortable to say no, the happiness you will feel is so much better. Saying no makes room for yes in our lives.

It helps us get what we need to accomplish and not what we want to accomplish.

Ā

In today's episode, I will be talking about the power of no and why it's so important to really think before we immediately say yes. If you struggle with saying no or you feel like you are always the "yes person," this episode is for you!Ā

Ā

Ā

Ā

In this episode, you will learn:

  • Ā The importance of saying no in your life
  • Ā What saying yes to something all the time will mean in your life
  • Ā How to make room for all the "yeses" in your life by saying no
  • Ā A new strategy to try anytime someone asks you to do something
  • How to remove the apologies that might follow your "no"Ā
