Well, the DOJ is going to appeal. They have filed a notice of appeal. That's that's the option. She's there for life unless she.

I'm not I'm not talking about getting her off the bench, although that would be a wonderful wonderful thing to do. I'm just wondering, you know, what are our choices here?

Yeah, the DOJ will appeal. That's and they'll likely win. And remember when they went to the 11th circuit, that was just for about the stay that was to appeal her stay.

They did file interlocatory interlocatory emotion for appeal. So they are doing a broader bigger, fatter giant appeal about all of it. And I imagined they'll also appeal her order, which contradicts her own previous order.

It doesn't just it just doesn't only contradict the special masters amended plan. It contradicts her own order telling dearie that he can amend the plan.

So, but she also put in the language. She she she changed the boilerplate language of special master appointments to allow her to have final decision on everything he says.

That was in her order. And that you know, basically he can be fired. So that's also in there. She changed the again boilerplate language of the appointment of the special master to to allow herself those things.

Now, I just also want to remind everyone that what they're arguing over is all of the non classified stuff. That's what they're arguing over this doesn't this fight between cannon and the DOJ over here.

Talking about the special master.

The 11th circuit already ruled that she couldn't put a stay stopping the criminal investigation using the documents and she and the 11th circuit ruled that the lawyers, Trump's lawyers and the special master cannot have access to those documents. That is an 11th circuit ruling.

And that was added when you know cannon after you know after her first shitty ruling in September 5th later, she added in the appointment of the special master that the special master and and Trump's lawyers should have access to all the docs.
