always in studio my good friend fellow good dad awesome guy all around Mr.

Sean Stevenson. What's up Sean? What's up man? How you doing today? Doing well

brother doing well and we've got an excellent show mapped out for you guys today so

why don't you tell everyone why today's show is so important?

Absolutely. Well, as you know, you know, a lot of us might think that just because we're not

a leader in our particular profession or we're not a leader in our in our community or our church or whatever the case

might be we might mistake the fact that we're not a leader in some area in our lives and the

reality is all of us are leaders in some capacity, you know, be it a mother who is the

leader of her family and making sure that all the players are in position getting

to school, getting to daycare, getting food on the table, or the father in the same roles as

well, you know, but we're all playing a leadership role. And it's so important that we really

buy into that, you know, so today we're going to be talking about

why being a leader is so important.

Being a dad leader is important in a very positive way.

We have an awesome guest who has a similar mission to the Good Dad project and

he's here to share some amazing tips and wisdom on how we can all up our games as
