I babe we've been kicking these off with the glossy tips. What's your glossy tip?

Well, I did not take a zinc supplement before I started taking glossy and one of the big reasons we wanted to put zinc in was zinc has been known to help with skin texture and helping clear skin, but also it's great for overall immunity and wellness too, like you guys know you've heard from people if you get sick you should go take a bunch of zinc

but it's good to also be taking zinc on a regular basis and so we put a small dose of

zinc in there which is incredible for your wellness it's been known to help shorten the duration of colds. So I love that I now know that I'm getting that every day.

Now I'm not going to call out other supplements, but you said you put a small dose in.

I remember specifically you guys only put what six key ingredients or what do you

remember how many it was? Eight. Eight okay and that's because you didn't want

trace amounts just to say it's on the box like everybody else does which is one of the biggest

scams in a planet if you ask me you put amounts that actually make a difference and that's why

you whittled it down to those eight key ingredients is that right?

Yeah we didn't want to you know it's really easy in the supplement world to be like,

let's put everything in and try to solve every problem, but when you put everything in as a supplement company too,

like good ingredients, the ingredients that we used, they're expensive.

And so when you look at other products that have 70 ingredients in them and they're priced at a

moderate price point, you're like, then how much of this ingredient could actually be in here because this

product would have to be like $300 to get this. So yeah we wanted to make sure that we put in amounts that can help with
