So can you briefly tell us a little bit about that story?

My husband and I bought a farm sort of around the corner from us to save it from development.

And then we ended up owning it for 21 years.

All sorts of challenging things happen on the farm.

It was pretty abused before we bought it.

And then a horse was dumped on the farm.
