Somebody could be battling depression

and you're just just your words of encouragement

can encourage them to keep going similar to like sports when somebody on the football

field gets hit really hard or basketball they take a hard nasty fall. Once they get up, what does the audience do? They

begin to clap. Why? Because that hurts you, but it didn't break you. And I just, I'm big on encouraging one another
