Hey everyone, want to get better at creating good habits and kicking bad ones?

It's not going to work, but here we go.

Today's book is The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg.

I'm Kellan Erskine, and this is the first time I'm happy to have that last name.

I'm a comic, a father, and from the ages of 12 to 24, I had the habit of writing in my journal every day, but I was always

afraid someone was going to read it, so I never wrote anything personal.

I recently tried to reread it, and boy, is it not a page turner.

What did you write?

I mean, if you ever wanted to know when it rained during most of the 90s.

The power of habit gives tips and tricks for forming lasting habits,

like Kellan's habit of constantly mocking me and my habit of quietly taking it.
