Summary

Regardless of how strange it may sound, there is a valid biblical reason for incorporating godly anger into the Believer’s authority that we have in our spiritual life. Both God and Jesus demonstrated this emotion, but unlike when we get angry, it fell within its intended purpose. When we speak the Word of God and the devil comes against us, the right kind of anger actually helps us resist him and make him flee.

0:28.0	James chapter 4 and verse 7 and talking about radical tonight I'm going to talk to you about something
0:38.0	that sounds a little strange but it has a lot to do with your authority.
0:43.0	I want to talk to you about the power of godly anger.
0:49.0	The power of godly anger and you were probably tempted to say, huh? Because most of the time
0:56.4	when you hear anything about anger it's talking about how you need to control it and
1:01.1	we've never really talked about the purpose of anger. You know there
1:08.3	has it be a perfect a purpose for it. God displayed anger, Jesus displayed anger, and all of us have at one
1:18.7	time displayed anger. But you have to understand that anything outside of its purpose is going to be abusive.
1:28.0	But if you can discover the purpose for it and gain an understanding, then you're going to be able to do some things in your life and see some things in your life and we know that grace has made everything available that we ever need.
1:43.0	And yet, we're going to have to use our faith to access all that grace is made available.
1:50.0	But then a lot of times people say, well, I don't understand why my prayer didn't get answered.
1:55.0	I don't understand why I didn't get healed.
1:58.0	Well, the next part of that is, is as a believer, you understand that first of all, I am a believer you understand that first of all I am a believer secondly I know the
2:06.2	promises and thirdly I will enforce those promises with the authority that I have been given.
2:13.0	In other words, I command those promises to be
2:16.0	to be manifested in my life.
2:19.0	And a lot of times, you see a lot of people
