So welcome to our Rosary meditation.

especially offering this rosary for all the names of friends and loved ones

who have been submitted to our prayer

list for their deeper conversion because we're all joining together offering our

Lenten practices for their conversion.

Now I want to share with you the power

of consecration to Mary.

At the end of World War II, of atheism. Soon after, the Polish Cardinal Lund was on his deathbed.

And he spoke these words,

keep working under the protection of our blessed mother.

Victory when it comes will come through Mary.

Do not despair.

Then in 1953, the communists placed the top Polish Cardinal Vijinsky under house arrest and there in the silence he reflected on Poland's history that every time their situation looked hopeless, they turned with confidence

to Mary, reconsecrating themselves to her and she set them free. This gave Vijinsky the inspiration to defend the faith of the nation

against militant atheism by means of the power of the Virgin through consecration to her.

He began to send work secretly to all the people of Poland to consecrate themselves to marry once again for the freedom

of the church and the freedom of their nation.

Three years later, August 26, 1956, 1 million Polish people gathered at Chinstahova

where the miraculous icon of Our Lady of Jan's Nagora is kept to consecrate themselves to her.
