came everyone's personal trainer but why don't you tell everybody who you are what you

work on.

Let's go into a little bit of the war stories.

I also am excited about it because I wanted to actually potentially do this podcast

you know in December January because I think people are always like ready to get their

shit together health wise but then I also thought about how I said to myself I was going

to get my shit together at 40 and it got it together at 38 and a half and so like why

give away another three months of this year for the listener on the other side of this.

Like eating better working out eating clean or eating you know just thoughtfully is a good

word.
