co-founder of N-Formation, an affinity space for women of color corporate leaders who deeply

understand what it feels like to work in environments that are predominantly white and

predominantly male.

Deepa suggested some ways that women can advocate for themselves in workplace situations where

they're undervalued, discriminated against, and overlooked.

I also share some tips about how to be your best self when you face inappropriate comments

at work.
