0:04.0	Take a deep breath through your nose.
0:06.0	I want you to exhale that breath.
0:15.0	I want you once again to take a deep breath through your nose.
0:20.0	This time I want you to hold it up at the top.
0:23.6	As you're holding that breath, I want you to visualize it going up
0:27.6	into your crown chakra at the top of your head.
0:31.6	Now I want you to visualize it coming from the top of your head
0:35.6	into the center of your skull, going shooting right out through your eyeballs.
0:43.7	And I want you to exhale audibly.
0:47.7	Aaudibly.
0:49.8	One more time, take a deep breath in.
0:52.4	Take a deep breath in. As you breath in as you hold this breath I
0:55.8	want you to clinch everything clinch your clench your private parts clench
0:59.4	your legs clench your face clench your teeth clinch your hands clinch it all
1:04.4	clinch it all push that breath out through your third eye right now and focus
1:08.9	on that number of contracts that you will attract this month.
1:13.9	Focus that number.
1:15.1	Focus that breath right between your eyes.
1:17.0	It's only that breath and that number.
1:18.7	And I want you to exhale audibly.
