And we really have a problem with something that is endless.

You know, we want, we have so much on our plate and so many things going on

that we want closure. We want the report done.

We want the kids picked up.

We want, you know, the house cleaned, whatever it is, we want it done

because that way we can take it off our plate and we feel like we'll have one less thing

that we have to contend with.

And I think that's why something like meditation is difficult for people

because they feel like when do I get done with this?

What am I good at this?

And it's this inf- when you say, well, it's just something you do forever that's a very

difficult concept and it's an uncomfortable concept for people until you begin to

see the benefits of it when you begin to see the benefits of it and how it impacts your life and

yourself power then that starts to dissolve and you start to go yeah I

get this I want to participate in this forever because I want this ability to
