So today we're going to talk about the power and really control you bring into your life by your ability to say no. And I know this sounds like a duh, but stay with me. There's some important stuff I want to share with you. Now if you're listening to this, then you're a leader or you're quickly on your path to becoming a leader. And as a leader, it's critical that you stay focused on your ultimate goals. But also as a leader, you get bombarded with a lot of

requests throughout the day. Now, your ability to say no to things that potentially distract you

from your mission and purpose in life and your goals correlate directly to your success.

Saying no doesn't mean you're a mean person. It just means you're an honest person. Maybe you

grew up in a household where you couldn't voice a disagreement or have a different

But taking a step back and looking at that behavior, you'll probably do a lot of things
