i don't think i've been on this show since pre i want to say pre I think it's been, I think it's been that long. Yeah, yeah. Just like a lot of things, the pandemic just warps time. Yes, exactly. Things go by and who the hell knows what happened. Well, happy to have you back. How are you feeling about this team? Man, it's really been a tale of two seasons, right? I mean, first half of the season, I was on top of the world. I was pounding my chest to anybody who would listen, and then, you know, the second half has been a free fall. It's crazy that we're even in this position of, like, sweating out the division. I mean, who would have thought in June that we'd be having this conversation first football Sunday? Yeah, it really is. I mean, that in and of itself is kind of a failure that they're

having to fight for their playoff lives. I think there's kind of been, they're few and far between

usually like Yankees fans are pretty split down the middle on like one camp versus the other.

But there's still a small subsect that's like, well, the injuries,

like this team couldn't possibly overcome all of these injuries. And like right now, the

lineups that they're trotting out there are, are, you know, basically junior varsity level

lineups. So I get that. But for the longest time, this team struggled after the All-Star

break when they still had plenty of healthy bodies to be winning games.

And they just weren't winning.

So had they just gone 500 in the second half of July and August when they still should have been good enough to do that, we wouldn't be in this position.

You know, that's, I guess, a moot point at this time.

We're currently in the rain delay on Sunday.

And I don't know about you.

I hope this thing gets rained out because they don't have any mutual off days with

the raise for the rest of the season, which does complicate things.
