0:46.7	says he saw a man trying to break into trucks and a lot that he was in.
0:56.7	So the truck driver calls 911.
0:59.7	I got it right here to the radio.
1:02.2	He said that he thought the man was trying to take radios out of the truck.
1:05.7	He won't talk to police.
1:07.7	He hangs up the phone with 911 and then has a confrontation with the man.
1:13.7	The man runs off and the truck driver is waiting for the police to come.
1:17.7	Well, that set off a really complicated set of events for the city.
1:26.7	Today, a holding citizen, 4100 killed there by the United Rural.
1:29.7	The police officers come and they talk to the truck driver and they get a description.
1:33.7	Mail, we caught breaking into trucks and stealing radios.
1:38.7	Black mail in a dark shirt.
1:40.7	One driver, one driver.
1:43.7	And they head off to look for him.
