Anyway, let's begin. So, clapham's brilliant everyone loves clapham

don't they yes it's amazing everyone's been there you know you diversity is yeah yeah exactly

yeah you look at the diversity of the area and you realize yeah that's uh that's what it was like

six years ago right before the boris wave oh good lord that's what it was like six years ago. Right. Before the Boris wave. Oh, good Lord. That's quite terrible now, is that? Yeah, yeah. It was, it was, you know, I mean, there are places in London than more diversified, don't get me wrong than clapham. But it must be, it must be really good, though, because Sadiq Khan is constantly telling me how diversity is our strength. That is true. And he must be right about that. And it's not just self-serving because he is a part of the diversity.

Anyway, this was it six years ago. So, I mean, pretty, hmm, I wouldn't personally want to live there.
