No, I feel pretty good, actually, 46. I don't really feel very different to when I was like in my 30s. I don't mentally feel any different from when I was 17. I don't even physically, yeah, but yeah, I I feel mentally I feel like I'm in my mid-20s, but like physically I don't feel like

collapsed yet.

I hear that's happening in your 50s though, so I've got that to come.

But anyway, we're joined by Nicholas DeSanto and Dan, and today we're going to be talking about
