Well, the news is flying fast and furious.

The Inspector General of the Department of Justice is now investigating whether any members

of the Department of Justice, and this would be that number two or three guy who was willing

to conspire with Trump to use the power of the federal government to force or intimidate

Georgia into changing the outcome of the election in Georgia.

And that's the one we know about.

We don't know about what they might have tried to do in Arizona or in Michigan or in Wisconsin

or in Pennsylvania.

I think you can safely predict if Donald Trump was doing this in Georgia, knowing that

he needed at least two other states that he wasn't just doing it in Georgia.

But the DOJ is now looking into this and that is good news.

On the coronavirus front, this is interesting news.

The Washington Post had an article, the first paragraph of which said that the British

variant, this B117 variant of the coronavirus, is not controlled by the normal measures that

we use.

In other words, masks and social distancing are not as effective against this virus.

Now, nobody is exactly certain why, but the best speculation that I'm reading over

like a British medical journal where there's really fascinating and well-participated

conversation among physicians about this is that the alterations to the spike protein,

which is how this virus attaches itself to the endiotensin receptor sites in our blood

vessels, which is how it invades the human body.

That those mutations to that spike protein make it much easier.
