0:53.7	about today is a common pitfall that many successful leaders or otherwise successful leaders
1:00.4	fall into myself included. I've dubbed it the plight of leadership eclipsing. We're going to talk
1:06.4	a little bit about what that is. We're going to talk about why you want to avoid eclipsing as a leader.
1:12.3	How to avoid that specific strategies and mindsets for how to avoid eclipsing. And then we're going
1:17.2	to get into three or four tactical strategies so that you do not do this to the people that you're
1:23.0	trying to lead. And instead of eclipsing their performance or overshadowing their performance,
1:29.3	you're allowing them to shine. You're allowing them to grow, which is the point of leadership.
1:34.1	The point of leadership is not to create a bunch of followers. The point of leadership is to build
1:39.9	additional leaders who can then go on to serve their families, their businesses, and their communities.
