Hey everybody, welcome to a good football show. I am Matt Straup. As we hit mid-April with

two weeks to go until the NFL draft, today we are bringing you our guys for the month

of April. These are the players. We would be drafting fantasy leagues or are

drafting right now if we are drafting, if that made sense. We'll be doing this

every month up until the season and today we have brought two players each that

we will make the case for. I am joined by John Degel, Danny Carter, and Pat Dirty

who I believe wanted to say something important right off the top here at Pat.

I did. Well, last week John began the pod with we were planning what would be like

our master's meal essentially, right? We were talking about what would be our ideal meal

basically and I really choked on the dessert I realized after the fact. You did. I said

chocolate cake, which I do love chocolate cake, but the true answer, my favorite dessert

by far and I just had to bring is pecan pie and I'm sure that Danny probably is sickening

takes on pecan pie. And for some reason, pecan pie is like a lightning rod dessert. I mean

some people complain it's just like all sugar and you know, Danny is like the one person

in America. It doesn't like sugar, but pecan pie. I don't know. I just choked. Pecan

pie is by far the best American dessert, not even close.

Hi. I will respectfully actually I will disrespectfully disagree. Pecan pie can go straight

to the trash and I actually one time I was I was on my daily jog and there was a pecan

pie sitting in the middle of the street. I actually tweeted about it. This was like three

months ago and I thought this is this is what happened. Someone buys a pecan pie and they

literally toss it out the window because it's it's garbage. I'm sorry, Pat. Anyone from

like the Northeast Megalopolis, which I would say, Danny, you live in the Northeast Megalopolis
