And this week, it is the players championship. It is a major without being a major. I've heard a lot of golfers say this is their flat out favorite tournament.

And it's the who's who of the PGA tour that will be teeinged it up this weekend at Sawgrass.

Unfortunately not Tiger Woods. The news came out that he ruptured his Achilles. So if it's not one thing,

it's another with that guy. You wish him the best recovery. And I was talking this morning, Kenny, I was like, you know,

a lot of people don't have sympathy for Tiger Woods because of the cheating and yada,

yada, yada, yada.

But what I feel bad for is I know this is like the one thing this man loves other than

his kids and it just keeps getting taken from him year after year after year.

But I digress so Tiger is the ultimate like guy that you take

out of sports like his non-sports out of context you take that and you push it off to the side

I feel like because I feel like regardless of what he got into all the all the problems that

he's had you know outside of golf I feel like a lot of people are just willing to hey that we

love Tiger.

Tiger, he transcended the sport. He got people that, like me, that don't care about golf.

That's what I was going to say is, and then people my age that are in their late 30s,

early 40s, maybe to late 40s, you grew up watching them. So it's like, you think about

like basketball hockey, like there's nobody that when I was a kid that's still playing in those leagues.

I mean, I guess you could kind of say LeBron, but I was still a teenager.

Tiger Woods was playing golf in like 1997.

It's probably the highest level.

You get away with that as an athlete.
