There is a rare cardiac complication which occurs.

It's not common at all and these children who and young people who experience it do seem to get better in the short term

but there are uncertainties about the long-term implications of that condition.

And that makes the risk benefit balance for these children

really quite tight and much tighter than we would be comfortable to make the recommendation.
