The book is called Platform Delusion.

There's been a lot of talk about platforms.

Clearly, we talk a lot about it here, especially with regard to the tech giants.

So it's interesting to hear you right in the title say that there's a delusion going on.

So I want to hear first, what's the delusion and who's the people that are, who are the people that are being deluded?
