| 1:36.2 | Things that needed to shift, the false sense of control, or even the material things that we sometimes depend on too much for our |
| 1:47.8 | sense of identity. There are a lot of things that start to move and change when the rain comes through and even though |
| 1:55.7 | it can be incredibly painful and a lot of things that we don't want to get washed away may. There is a clearing of the canvas so to speak, a new |
| 2:07.6 | opportunity for something else to grow and that's the other thing rain can do. |
| 2:14.0 | It can help nourish seeds that were already there. |
| 2:18.0 | And so these could be seeds of compassion and expanded heart, resilience, courage, presence, gratitude, all the things that often will only get activated when we're exposed |

| 2:42.2 | For me, I noticed that there are parts of me that only seem to get activated during difficult |
| 2:47.6 | experiences, especially the parts of me that long for connection and make me really appreciate family, friends, |
| 2:58.0 | loved ones. When I feel stressed or overwhelmed, those parts really come up, the love for other people. |
