Summary

This week’s message is all about something we usually avoid — saying no. But what if restriction isn’t about missing out, and is actually the key to living with more peace, focus, and freedom? Judah breaks down why boundaries are a gift, and how trust in God shapes the way we say no. If you're feeling stretched thin or stuck in overload, this message might be exactly what you didn’t know you needed. A global community dedicated to offering everyone, regardless of background or beliefs, the chance to hear the story of Jesus.    Subscribe: Daily Guided Prayers & Meditations Messages from Judah Smith, Chelsea Smith & guest speakers Music by Churchome Music and other incredible artists

0:40.0

are you okay? What would you answer?

0:45.2

If you're like me, sometimes it's like, I don't know. Do you remember as a kid, someone asked you how she'd go, mm-hmm, if you ever do that? Mm-hmm. Which is like, I don't know.

1:12.7

It's the garden.

1:13.9

And in the garden, we see four elements that make up the most optimal environment for man.

Now, keep in mind, these four elements are introduced before there is sin.

1:26.9

So once the sin problem is solved through the

1:30.2

finished work of Jesus, we now can approach relationship, rest, restriction, and responsibility.

1:38.1

Redemption has solved the sin problem. Now, let's investigate and ask ourselves, like if I asked you, how are your

1:45.1

relationships, how are you resting, how is your restriction, and how is your responsibility?

1:50.7

What I have done over the process of the last several years as this construct has helped me

1:57.2

in formation and flourishing, I've just ranked them. Oftentimes, relationship can be a good

2:04.0

one for me, so I rank it number one. I'm really doing good leaning in on my four important

2:08.7

relationships and I investigate them, maybe rest I can be really good at. So that's number two. And then

2:15.1

maybe restriction is number four. So now know suddenly i got to ask

2:20.4

myself what am i saying no to and i want to start this week we're talking about restriction
