Who would have thought, Liz, that after that lousy offensive showing against the Cubs,

we'd find ourselves on the 50th anniversary of April 17, 1976, when Mike Schmidt led the Phillies

to a staggering 18 to 16 comeback win over the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field with four straight home runs and recording eight runs batted in.

What a fun memory that would be if we were coming off a really resounding Phillies offensive performance against the Cubs, no less.

I mean, wouldn't that be something if we could talk about that?

We can't.

I can't stress that enough.

But wouldn't that be great if we could?
