My name's Andrew, I'm here to calm your mind and help you relax into a peaceful night's

sleep. I'm going to do that by reading you a story.

Tonight, I'll be reading chapters 24 and 25 of The Phantom of the Opera by Gaston LaRue.

In the last episode, the Persian and Monsure Deshani had managed to find Christine Day,

but not to escape the torture chamber. In this episode, Monsure Deshani and the Persian

continue their trials in the torture chamber. This episode has some things that may disturb

some listeners, so if you're not prepared for scenes of anguish and peril, you might want

to give this particular episode a miss. First, let's make sure we're ready to fall asleep.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.

And as you continue to breathe, however it feels most comfortable to do so, with every exhale,

I want you to imagine all the stresses of the day leaving your body.

We all fall asleep in our own time and in our own way, so whilst you're on your journey to sleep,

all you'll have to do is listen to the sound of my voice, and so let your eyes fall heavy

and your breath soften as we settle in for a peaceful night's sleep.
