My name's Andrew, I'm here to calm your mind and help you relax into a peaceful night's

sleep.

I'm going to do that by reading you a story.

Tonight, I'll be reading Chapter 21 of the Phantom of the Opera by Gaston LaRue.

In the last chapter, Rowland the Persian made their way through the underground chambers.

Tonight's story will be one of hidden doors, secrets of the past and dangerous situations.

First, let's make sure we're as comfortable as we can be, and ready to fall asleep.

If you haven't already, find yourself a nice place to get cozy, that might be in a

chair or in your bed or elsewhere, and as you rest your body in whatever way feels

most relaxed, sitting up, laying down, eyes open or eyes closed.

Just imagine all of the weight of the day drifting away from you, with every deep breath

in and out.

We all fall asleep in our own time and in our own way, so while you're on your own path

to sleep, all you'll need to do is follow the sound of my voice.

And so, let your eyes fall heavy, and your breath soften, as we settle in for a peaceful

night's sleep.
