Welcome back to this week's episode of the Emily show. Today we're going to be talking very, very briefly about the Frankie Hildebrand sentencing just so I can let you know what they were sentenced to why it's frustrating what the judge had to say really brief.

And then we are going to go over the potato versus laundry civil suit because that is case closed.

The potato family, the Schmidt family and the laundries and attorney Stephen Bertelino have all settled

this case. We're going to talk about what they said, we're going to talk

about what we learned in the depositions. I hadn't gone over those yet, so I'm going to go

over the key moments in the deposition of Christopher Laundry,

Roberto Laundry, and Stephen Bertolino for you.

And we're going to have a conversation about that settlement

and close that case.

It's officially done.
