Evening Routine:

1700 - Recap Day
2130 - Read
2155 - Check Plan for Tomorrow
2200 - Bed
- No Caffeine 4 Hours Before
- No Electronics Before
- Dark, Cool, and Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements
