| 0:33.7 | Now I want to specifically talk about one aspect of working with agents, and that's agent outreach |
| 0:39.4 | or cold calling agents. Now, I like to call this the shotgun method because you're sort of |
| 0:45.4 | spraying the market like a birdshot. And rather than targeting specific listed properties |
| 0:51.7 | for sale, you're going to just reach out to any agent in your |
| 0:55.2 | market that you're wholesaling in and you're going to try to create a relationship where they then |
| 0:59.9 | bird dog leads for you and bring you distressed real estate. That's the goal that when they sit down |
| 1:05.5 | on a listing appointment that they're going to talk to a distressed seller, they're going to find |
| 1:09.1 | a property in original condition or needs a lot of work. And rather than list it, refer it, or reject it, they call you, |
| 1:17.6 | you work out a deal and offer a cash offer to that seller and get the deal done. So that's the |
| 1:23.2 | objective of aging outreach. So if you've heard of that term agent outreach, what is that exactly? |
| 1:27.3 | It's just cold calling agents in your market. Now, there's a right way to do this and a wrong way to do |
| 1:32.0 | this. And so I've been working on this for quite some time. I now transact millions of dollars a year |
