Hey, everybody, happy Wednesday. It's the taint of the week. The middle of the week. It's Hump Day.

Mike, Mike, Mike, Mike. What day is it? Yep, it's Hump Day. Everybody, happy Wednesday.

First of all, Peter Navarro was denied by an appeals court to overturn his conviction for contempt

of Congress when he failed to respond at all to a January 6th select committee subpoena. He was referred

to the Department of Justice. He was charged by Merrick Garland. He went to court. He was found guilty, and he spent four months in jail.

Now, he's been appealing that ever since. Trump won't say that he got executive privilege. Trump won't

pardon him. And so he's been appealing, and he was denied that appeal. And of course, Harry Dunn and I are going to go over that all in detail on today's episode of Cleanup on Isle 45 so you can get more information there. He does plan to appeal. Not sure if he's going to appeal on Bonk to the full circuit or if he's going to go up to the Supreme Court. But we're going to keep an eye on that for you. All right, everybody, there's a lot of news to get to today. So let's hit the hot notes. Hot notes. All right, first up from the Guardian, the Trump administration has paused

more than a billion dollars in Medicaid funding to my state, California, and to Minnesota, citing

suspected fraud and noncompliance withholding of funding that allows a $243 million pause in

Medicaid payments to Minnesota earlier this year.
