But it does begin to wear on you when you don't feel like your GM values how you feel.

Now, again, let me be clear about something.

When GMs make decisions like a fan, they end up sitting with the fans.

We're not saying that.

But you're seven years into this, and if you are so detached or so aloof as Izerman sounds,

that you can't come up with a better answer to that other than it takes time, talk to the owner.

It's not good enough. Part of your job as a president or general

manager of an organization, or as the Canadians like to say, organization, you are a bit of

arm of PR. Would it have killed Eisenman to come out and say, listen, this has been unacceptable.

Guys, this isn't lost on me.

They're not going to have to fire me because if I don't get this right soon,

I'll walk away before they fire me.

Say that!

Yeah, I will not destroy this organization.

Go see ownership.
