and hearing Max Crosby or Garrett being shopped and the Lions are like,

hmm, we're good.

While this team is good, I do think they can still get a lot better, especially on defense.

Jay, you know what's interesting, and maybe I look at it the wrong way. But when I look at Davenport and we don't know if and when he'll come back, and Pascal, they're kind of soft peddling now. You know, it started out. He'll be ready for the opener. Then it was, all right, I'll miss the first four. Now it might be December and it's a back.

sakes. But one thing that really gets me is for Marcus Davenport in the offseason, he was talking about how people would doubt him he's going to show something. You're going to show us something about playing two games again or play over five games in the season. And listen, let me be clear, Jay, it, no player wakes up in the morning going, hey, I'm going to get hurt and miss another 10 weeks today. Like, Marcus Davenport doesn't, you know, have his morning cereal plotting ways to get hurt. It's just availability is a skill. Jay, I always use this example. I'm a Giants fan. The Giants drafted one of the best college running backs I'd ever seen. Tyrone Wheatley. You know what Tyrone Wheatley couldn't do for me? Stay healthy. Stay healthy. And it's not, it just, it is what it is. Certain guys just can't stay upright. Absolutely. So for me, and for me, like I said, I want the Lions to go out and be aggressive.
