Times published an article by Ralph Blumenthal and Leslie Keene which uncovered a

secret Pentagon program called the Advanced Aerospace

Threat Identification Program, which investigated reports of unidentified flying objects. It was run by a military intelligence official

Louise Elizondo on the fifth floor of the Pentagon's sea ring deep inside the

buildings maze.

The Defense Department had never before acknowledged the existence of the program, which it said

it shut down in 2012.

Flash forward to July 23rd, 2020 and the Times published an important
