Greetings and welcome to a Wednesday edition of the Shotgun Start. It is July 5th. Andy, how are we doing?

Brendan! I'm doing okay. I'm sitting down. It's, uh, I'm a little low energy today.

I'd say I'm slightly worse for the wear. This is a throwback episode. I've spent a long time since we recorded one. I recorded one of these worse for the wear.

The worst part about the 4th of July is the 5th of July, you know? You got to, you got to, uh, got to get back on the horse. It's rarely, like, why, why have a holiday where the next day is a work day?

It's just, you know, it's in boggles of the mind.

It's got into the fat cork last night.

So, you know, it is what it is. I'm working today and, uh, you know, I have, yeah, we're on the horse. We got the US Women's Open.

We're creating video essays and, you know, podcasts. We got to go. It's the middle of summer. It's time for golf.

That's the weird thing. It's like, it's Wednesday.

A lot of people just around here took off for the beach, you know, for the whole week. And it's like, oh, I don't know.

When golf's dead in November and December, then, you know, we can maybe do that. I don't know.

Is it ever dead?

That's a good question.

You know, it's, uh, we'll have some lawsuit dropped or some, you know, feels like there hasn't been an off week for.

You texted me yesterday. You know, we, we text a lot, but try to go our separate ways or holiday and enjoy time with the family.

And I get a text from you late in the holiday. It says, hey, remind me. I got some good motorcycle gain insights.
