Summary

Special Guest Host Cale Clarke dived deep into the topic of anxiety, both in our kids and us adults. Cale shared some incredible insights on how smartphone addiction and social media impact our lives, and recommended Father Jacques Philippe’s book, "Searching for and Maintaining Peace." This gem offers profound guidance on finding inner tranquility by turning everything over to God. Remember, apart from Him, we can do nothing. If you're looking to reduce anxiety and embrace peace, this episode is a must-listen.
