it always makes me very happy when I hear from people you know a friend of mine

or somebody I know at work told me about the Patrick Madrid show so if you've

done that thank you and if you haven't done that maybe give that some thought maybe

you can let some people that you know know about the program I'm gonna get into a lot of emails today I've got a lot to talk about

including a few things that are you know in the news right now I want to share

with you but I also have made many promises about trying to read your emails

when they come in and as a result I've got a huge stack of emails

so chances are probably no phone calls this hour maybe even for the rest of the show we'll see

but let's dive in straight away to the first of the big stack of emails that I have here

this one comes in from Jasmine she says hi, I have a major question to ask you.

I have a problem that I gossip too much and I don't have self-control. I know it's a major

sin and I don't know how to stop it. How do I stop it? Please let me know. I know we're all sinners,

but I talk too much. Talk about some beautiful honesty there.

She says, I talked too much. I got fired at my first job, but that's because I had to work with

people who gossip and talked bad about me. I'm too innocent, and I talk too much. How do I stop this

program? How do I stop this problem? Excuse me. We don't want to

stop the program. We want the program to continue. Well, Jasmine, I have some advice of it from my own

personal experience, some of it from the Holy Bible, and of course that's much more important.

Why don't we start with that?

It says in James chapter 4, do not speak evil against one and other brothers. The one who speaks against a brother or judges his brothers speaks evil against the law and judges the law.
