Yeah, I'm a retired correctional employee from California.

I work 25 years for the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.

The first 15 was a prison employee, correctional officer, correctional counselor.

In the last 10, I was a parole agent. And the last five years of the parole agent, I worked

with the parolees actually helping them get rehabilitated. So my comment is

California has been calling this population, the disadvantaged population or disadvantaged minorities.

And they throw in millions and millions and millions of dollars in their rehabilitation.

So really, the disadvantaged population is us that haven't committed any crimes because they
