I don't know how close attention you pay to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

It has many billions and billions and billions of dollars that it disburses to various philanthropic causes around the

world, a great deal of which have to do with family planning. And if you've ever heard of Obia Nujua

or Ujuu, as she goes by short, she's an African woman from Nigeria, she resides in the UK,

and she's written a book called Target Africa.

And among her other researches, the book, for example, is very detailed in showing how these kinds of foundations, including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, disperses money to try to limit population.

And there was a big uproar years ago

when there was an immunization program that was rolled out.

And the way it typically works, and she's an expert on this topic,

and she has explained to me in great detail how for example

the foundation like this one would approach a government or a number of governments in a third world

area so let's take Nigeria for example and say listen we'd like to give you x billion dollars

for things like infrastructure and getting the

internet up and running and electrification and clean water and things like that. And it's yours,

but part of it is going to go for an immunization program against whatever.
