Jared waiting patiently in Florida. Good morning, Jared. Hi, good morning. Yeah, so my question was, first of all,

I feel like I kind of know what the answer is, but I just want a clarity. In regards to, like,

if somebody said, what is the gospel? What would you say? Because you kind of throw, a lot of people

throw around that term a lot.

I pretty much feel, you know, it's, you know, that Jesus died for our sins and that we received

the Holy Spirit. But I just wanted to like clarity with it. Yeah, I would say it's a, it's a telescoping

thing that you can't exhaust in one sentence, but you begin with one sentence. So the very beginning of the gospel, I would say,

we see in John's Gospel chapter 1, verse 1, and also verse 14, really the whole first 14 verses.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God, and the Word became flesh and dwelt among us. So that is

comprising the eternal nature of God. He is triune, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. And in this

passage, we see reference to the Father and to the Son. The Son became, he took flesh, he became human. He didn't cease being god but he joined his human nature

to his divine nature and thereby he lived among us he taught he performed miracles he died on the cross
